P.S. Last minute info: We are going to have another garage sale this year, so when your doing your spring cleaning bring all your items you want to get rid of to the Post, your junk is someone else treasures. The garage sale will be in June, there will be more info in the next newsletter.

I would like to thank the Mens Auxiliary for doing a terrific job on the children Easter egg hunt, all the children and adults had a great time.
Well spring is here, we're starting our spring cleaning as you can see! Lots of thanks to Marshall Williams, Ben Riggs, Bob Childers, Gene O' Quinn
and Charlie Wirth for helping me out with all the work being done at the Post. Anyone else who can spend a little time with our clean up efforts come on in, we never turn down help! A special thanks to all our employees who do so much extra for our Post and I will never forget our volunteers who help us on all our functions, we just wouldn't be where we are today without you. "THANK YOU SO MUCH"

The Sunday evening Memorial Service begins at 7pm hosted by the D.A.V. at Post 1079. This program includes placing of the wreaths by all Elyria Veterans organizations, closing with the 21 Gun Salute & Taps.
I would like to congratulate all newly elected Post officers for the 2007 - 2008 year, they will take office after the election of the new State officers.
Installation of officers was not set at time of newsletter deadline, date and time will be posted in the canteen.
